lagi ngikutin Program Fat Burn nya Eh Olahraga Yuk. BB naik hampir 2 kg , krna BAB gak lancar dan seperti nya ototnya nambah . huhu agak worry sih. tp Insyaallah gpp . yg penting tetep olahraga dan Defkal . semoga bisa turun nantinya . semangattttt!!! pasti bisa

nyesel juga nimbang waktu haid dan udah gak BAB 3 hari .malah naik hampir 1 kg. 😂 . pdhl udah hampir sebulan gak nimbang. sedih aku tuh huhu
