I am seeing gaining weight rapidly everyday. I thought about main reasons of my gaining. 1- Constipation. 2-Period 3-Food.
My time of the month still time for it which may not a reason. I just read factors that falafel has many fat, sodium than big mac looool...Also, whole wheat breads can lead to fake weight which is constipation and water weight.
I just told to myself today, i am going to eat very light meals and very healthy, ex egg, milk, juices, chicken, and so on. i will not add rice and breads, Just keeping myself in another food sources.

I am not feeling bored with my recent body or weight because i lost 15 pounds which is great. However, i am feeling bored staying in the same weight for 2 weeks, and only changes in grams.
I am doing everything great. and nothing changed since i lost weight. I tried to eat less than 1700 which is 1500 calories, and did not work with me.
I am stuck with my weight since i started university, i just walk so much, standing and sitting for a longtime.
I heard that eating more than i was, should be solution?

I am getting bored to see my weight is the same for 2 weeks and just changes in grams.
I am eating well, and walking alot through my work.
I know is not the first time, but this time takes longer than i thought.
