Good sensations while I continue with my bulking season, I have increased my weight approximately 18 lb (6 months ago). The major part is muscle gains, and a low fat gain. If you are taking a diet very seriously, and training hard, and resting good, you can see the results of your effort and dedication in medium and long term, and is it worth.
