Guess today could be my off day, not feeling so great did not get a run in and my cals well they were outta control but I almost don't care since I have been 100% for 2 weeks straight on eating low carb high protien. Feels good to have a break every now and then might just make Sunday's that day. Might take a beating on the scale the next couple of days but I have it in me to stay on track, feeling good in my smaller tees. Gonna give it all I have this week 3-5 miles on my off days tue, sat, thur, and prob walk a mile or two before booty camp would love to do it after but cant make time to do that with dinner to prepare. Here's looking at monday hope everyone who has it off enjoys the day I'll be working.

Ok so I just saw I'm a featured memeber on the fs main page. Awe how awesome. Anyhoo dropped another pound. I only ate 3 slices of pizza at dinner time tonight and my breakfast, lunch, snacks and pizza are under my cal limit. Really watching carbs right now, seems to be working. HOPE I'm not losing muscle. Tonight I did fourty min booty camp workout at the gals gym and jogged one mile at 5mph then "ran" (felt like jogging) another mile at 6mph so yay for kicking weight to the curb.

Yay for being at 164.0 all day from 4 a.m. till 9:30 p.m. Even checked at noon LOL. Anyhoo glad to see the numbers going down. Flo messed me up along with holidays but I'm back on track and this train is going whoot whoot. Super awesome yummy snack tonight , bananas, apples and whipped cream. Sounds like a prego craving but I am NOT prego. However it is tasty and whipped cream can be low in cals depending on portion size. Need to find alternative fruits though cause apples and bananas were all I had at the house. Really curbing carbs right now and going for protien protien protien. Loving my hard boiled eggs.
