I burn a lot of calories all day long. I feel like I am hungry all day long. I have eggs for breakfast, high protien yogurt at lunch, crackers and a cheese stick, some rasins. I eat a normal dinner with my family. At the end of the day I feel like I am starving. How do I curb this appetite??? I'm considering evening walks with the kiddos, however when I walk I walk long distance. I don't want to end up with whiny kids all the way home so I guess those who whine won't get to walk with me for long. However I'll love that they will be tired. : ) So next my evening snacking habit has got the best of me again. My DH will be deployed sometime in the next year and a half to two years. I'm stress eating I can tell, but sometimes get it confused with actual hunger. To correct it I have carried a low cal sugar free pack of gum on me all day.
