got a jump on one of the challenges I have signed up for. I did 10 pushups, situps and crunches this morning. Additionally I ran/walked with my dog for almost a mile.

I have gained several pounds over the past year and have decided to change my routine and eating habits.
My goal this week is to lose 5 pounds and keep losing each week by walking or running 1 to 3 miles daily, doing zumba 3 times a week and adding more fish and chicken to my diet. I do not want to look swollen for graduation in May.
Will start working out additionally at a fitness club starting January 13.
