Here is a little information about me.
Over the years I held various positions from customer service to managerial. Due to the downturn of the economy I found myself at a loss of what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.So after some consideration I returned to school not really knowing what I would be pursuing. To make a long story short I have 3 months left before graduation "again" with another degree. This time I will be working to make me happy and not just chasing a paycheck and being gone from family half of the year.
I am happily married going on 25 years this year and have two wonderful kids who are pursing college to achieve their dreams as well.
The reason I have chosen to be on this site is so that I can log the foods that I have eaten along with keeping track of the exercises I accrue. The site also allows me to keep track of my RDI and gives me a percentage breakdown of how much fat, protein etc. that I have had for the day.
After viewing several family photos, reality smacked me in the head per say, and I realized that I look awful in pictures and I just didn't feel good about myself. It was at that moment I realized I needed to get serious about working out and losing weight to better myself and my health.
