I planned to loosen up a little. It Felt like I was being too extreme with my eating so I made cookies for my kids. I drank wine with hubby, had cheese and crackers and more wine at night, had a tiny sliver of my son's deep dish pizza. Had 2 tablespoons of cookie dough.It isnt like I have any regrets. I did fine, only 4 pts over a maintenance day. The problem was I was being taunted all day by random food possibilities that normally are not a problem. It's as if I agree to open the door a little and then it feels like every food is trying to push through the door! At the grocery store it was tough to walk through the bakery, was hard to stop at 1 thin slice of pizza, on my way to a B party I wanted to pull into the frozen yogurt place. Anyway I survived and I feel better today like I'm back on track.

26 pt day, I snacked at night. I'm counting it but it was pretty innocent - frozen dark cherries. Day 1 of 7 in complete tracking. This journal is for yesterday. I'm hoping I counted wrong or forgot something as 26 is too low. My body might get the idea that food is scarce. I hope not. I know I had some big gaps in eating. I was being stubborn and it took me a while to make my fav lentil soup. Then all my meals got pushed out to later. I only did 2.5 min of the mini excercise idea. So that's not working. I need to bundle it in with something regular, like after coffee. Before bed. Will see how it goes today.
