So I have fallen off the wagon. Again. I was doing well until I started back at work again when school started. Then I stopped working out as frequently and allowing myself cheat days. It really was the eating that got me off course. And the stress of working and potty training my son doesn't help.
I stopped weighing myself every day, which for me is like weight loss suicide. Some people can go without or get discouraged by the scale. I HAVE to see it every day in order to stay motivated. I find that when I do stop weighing myself, I let myself have a little bit of this, and a little bit of that. And that just snowballs.
So now it's back to the grind. I have another healthywage challenge that is ending in a few weeks, so I have to get my weight back down if I want to win my money back.
It's interesting, b/c I am in a few weight loss/weight lifting groups on facebook. It seems that a lot of people are like me with this all or nothing mentality. A lot of people who are in the gym all the time (compulsively going) have previously had some kind of (compulsive) eating disorder. It's like some people just have addictive personalities and we need to satisfy that addiction somehow or another.
So I am going back at it. Going to log my weight on here, maybe even my food just to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
I'm focused man. Tell Stout to holla at me man! Lol. Let's get it!

Stuck to my diet pretty well on my cruise at the beginning of the month. I actually maintained my weight! After I got back though, my sugar cravings really kicked in. I started "allowing" myself to have cheat days. Trying to get back on track now!
Still loving this keto/low carb life. I won my healthy wage challenges, though they don't pay out much :-/
