I'm no longer truly counting calories..have done a total change on HOW I eat and counting calories isn't what I want LONG TERM. I have 25 more pounds to go but the weight is coming off in increments - I always am aware of what I eat but I am not always in weight loss mode...I'll try and check in more often!!
