Hi everyone. I finally have a quiet moment so I thought I would try to bring you all up to speed. This year has been so busy, I don't have time to post everyday anymore. We are 14 days until kindergarten starts and my daughter is so excited. Me too because now I can get twice the work done, but it was fun having her help me over the summer.

I have not weighed myself this week because of my period, but will try on Monday. I have been traveling and stressed so I have slippery up eating a few times this week.

I put in an actually exercise area in the basement and bought a treadmill and exercise now running, zumba, strength training at least 6 days a week. I just need to sleep in on Saturdays, but with the pool open I swim everyday anyway. Travel days I don't get my morning workout, but I have been tryin to at least stay active. No butt on couch until 8:30 at least.

I have also stopped drinking pop/soda. I haven't seen any significant changes except I don't have as much gas and bloating.

Well, I have a house to clean and a weekend to enjoy. For the first weekend in a month all I have to do is clean, go fish in on the boat, grocery shop, give my daughter her violin lesson, and watch the nascar race. I nice relaxing weekend. I hope you all have on too!
