Well, I was doing really well and on a fast track for losing weight. However, I have reinjured my knees from running and thus, have had to take a break from running. When I don't run, I get less exercise and tend to eat a lot more and worse foods. I am gaining back the weight the I have lost and don't want to put it all back on. I need to be disciplined when it comes to diet and I also need to replace running with other forms of exercise that yeild similar results. I would appreciate any tips or encouragement. I don't want to fall back into my old patterns of binge eating.
