well at least I didn't gain this week considering I blew it a few days this week...the days I didn't journal I didn't eat well.. I overindulged in oreo fudge cookies at my parents house. I think I see a pattern developing! At home I am good..at the rents house whole nother story! I need to make sure I pack acceptable food in order to be prepared for the lack of it at their house. (Maybe some atkins bars for the sweet tooth!)

What a dreary rainy morning, but I got a decent nights sleep. Bailey let me sleep a solid 7 hrs last night! Now I am enjoying her naptime almost 2.5 hrs now. I know she'll be hungry when she gets up! I think she's gearing up for a growth spurt cuz all she wants to do is nurse and sleep! Diet is going well I guess, I gained a lb but I think that is because of my overindulgence over the weekend. Good thing to report with the 4 yr old.. yesterday I gave him a bag of cotton candy. He ate some and than said "Here mommy I don't want any more I don't want to get a tummy ache!" I was soo proud..he is usually an eating machine!

Well I decided to go off plan for the weekend. I went to a ball game yesterday and today I went to the fair so no decent food choice. I do have to say though I ate a brat without the bun and peanuts at the game. I only went astray with an ice cream cone at the game. Today another story though. I vow to get back on track tomarrow. I know today was part in due to being with my dad. It seems that the only thing we have in common is a love of food! (and junk food to boot)

Did pretty well yesterday, I was so proud dad treated is to Big Boys for dinner and I went with a salad. Ithink I am doing okay with the diet. I think I need more veg though. Luckily today is grocery shopping day so I can load up! Really need some avocado to go with my eggs.
