I have to get back to journaling my food entries. I have been okay as far as controlling my blood sugar goes. My last A1C was 5.2 and that was taken Jan 30th. So I did well over the holidays. Easter will pose a challenge but I did buy myself some sugar free chocolates so the kids baskets won't tempt me.

Well I am definately committed to Atkins now.. I have developed Type 2 diabetes. I am diet controlled since I am breastfeeding. SO far I am doing well. I do have to log my foods daily now.

I know I have noone to blame but myself.. I know what I need to do but doing it is where I faulter I will get back on track. Now that corey is in preschool I can focus while hes there and prepare my healthy low carb snacks and treats.

So tired todeay. Bailey is getting a tooth in so she was up all night wanting to nurse...so no sleep for me.. Good news at the drs this morning..she is growing well..95th percentile for head, 75 for height and 55 for weight. So much better than her 4 month visit. I really hope I don't overeat today due to being tired. I have had two cups of coffee and still feel like I could fall asleep!
