I know 3 pounds looks like an unhealthy drop in just one day, but my boyfriend and I have of 3 years broke up yesterday. It really took it's toll on me and I'm honestly surprised that I got out of bed this morning.

It just occurred to me that maybe the possible gain in weight the past 2 days is because of my period. I'm hoping that's what is at least! I will be very disappointed if it doesn't go back down a few days after my period. Come on weight, work with me here!
