Well, I have finally lost 10 pounds in just a little over a month! I'm so excited and ready to lose 30 more! I know I haven't been recording my food, honestly because the food has been few and far between. My appetite has finally started picking back up and I'm hoping to record more often. Even though I haven't been recording I have still been eating good portions and staying under my calories. I got a little burnt out entering everything on the website but I was keeping track of the numbers. I hope you all are doing well and thanks again for all your support the past few weeks. Things are starting to look up and I haven't cried in a few days so we're making progress :)

Hi everyone,
My diet has been going well, but I haven't posted much of my food in a while. Since the break up with my boyfriend, I have found it very hard to finish a meal or even be hungry when I should be. Yesterday, for example, I only had a sandwich and some pretzels. I cooked dinner but just couldn't eat. I know this isn't healthy but I'm just really having a very hard time. I'm not skipping meals to try and lose weight because I know it doesn't work that way, but I can't get my appetite back. If anyone has any good advice please let me know. I'm still working on the couch to 5K program and I'm really enjoying it, along with Zumba on days when I'm not running. Sometimes I wonder how I have enough energy to exercise with the little food intake but I'm convinced it's just angry exercise! Thanks to everyone who has been so encouraging already!

I did eat lunch today, but I ate out at a local Chinese restaurant. I had chicken with brocolli with a little bit of fried rice. I split the lunch portion with my mom so I felt fine about eating out and having a "treat"! Going running today too!

No change again today but I did complete the 2nd day of the Couch to 5K program last night. I really need to take my measurements because I have a feeling those are probably changes even if I'm not seeing weight loss because of the gain in muscle.
I don't know the last time I ate a full meal. After the break up with my boyfriend, now a week ago, I just haven't been able to eat much. I have found it hard to get 1000 calories a day. I fix all my meals, but just can't seem to finish them. Hoping this will get better soon because I know I need more than 1000 calories, but right now I just feel sick if I try to eat food I honestly don't feel like I can eat.

Completed day 2 of the Couch to 5K program tonight! Can't wait to be in a place in my life where I can run a 5K!
