Woke up today with a sick boy. My 6 year old has a fever of 104, poor little guy. So our plan of going to Bikeweek is off. I can't ask anyone to babysit a sick son plus I wouldn't want to. THe bright side is I am saving alot of calories today. I don't think the diet would have worked out real well in Daytona. Maybe I will get a nice long walk in or just clean up, housework burns calories too.

I just went to 7-11 and ONLY bought a Diet Coke. No cookies or donuts or white cheddar popcorn. And I really, really wanted something too. My hubby bought a banana ( LOL - I am not that good ) If I can't get my junk fix a banana is not going to do it.
