the weekend is over. I was not as active as I had hoped I would be. I was not feeling a 100%, and the weather was not nice at all. heck we even had snow yesterday. But I did what I could...
hope everyone had a good weekend. hopefully the week ahead sees you with many successes both small and large.

I made such a good but slightly fattening pasta salad yesterday. who knew that finding a vegetarian eggless Mayo would make me happy. :)
the other news is that I have once again stopped the "extra medication" my doctor had prescribed to me. sure it was helping with my joints not feeling so achy, but the problem was I felt bloated everywhere else. I already have a really warped body image issue, so adding this too it was not good. people say they could not see it, but I could feel it and I really can not afford to go down that road again. so on Friday I will be discussing this with the doctor, who knows what that outcome will be..

first I would like to say happy Friday and to all the moms or daddymommas out there happy mother's day. :)
this whole weight thing has been absolutely brutal. but I'm letting my stubborn side take charge and it will not allow me to let the side effects of my meds win. :)
so I just need to keep plugging along.. on a " wing and a prayer" that I'll wake up one day step on that thing called a scale and see some decent numbers. until then we'll it's every ounce counts darlings.

not happy with this weigh in at all. promised myself I would record whatever weight was seen on the scale this morning. well this was it. bad food choices, lack of caring, lack of recording have taken their toll. plus the new meds make me feel bloated. that decreased appetite lasted about 3 days and now it is back with a vengeance. but that could also be a combination effect of feeling slightly depressed too.
my job now is to work on getting this under control. to figure out what I can do to get back on track and stay there.
these numbers will come down one way or another.
