Well, here it is 5pm and I have all my calories eaten. I have to drink a lot of liquid for I do not want to eat for the rest of the night. EEEEEEKkkk!!
Think of your goal, Julie. Think hard and long. Do a little bit of relaxation and play that calming music you like. Come on Girl you can make it through this day. You accidently type thin for this and that is your goal. The first leg of your journey is to get to 200 lb. 35 lbs. to go and you will accomplish this by eating less and better and more activity. Activity is down so eat less today than you did yesterday. Ounces are a factor at this point. Make your dreams of health and your clothes looking good on you come true. No scolding, just positive thoughts to me there. I can do this. Not my first rodeo. I know how to do this for it is within me the knowhow and action. I want this very badly. It is my destiny to be healthy. I will get the energy I need to do all the activities I do. I have more and more activities as time goes by. I like being involved with all the things I do and like the ppl that I am associating with. Hold your head up high and put your confidence on and put one foot in front of the other. You are the Queen of you Life.

Today is a new day to get to my goal. Effort will go into it this day. Yesterday, I had cake and ice cream. Not necessary at all. I want to be healthy. Common sense know this it. Cravings are out of here. One day at a time and at times one moment at a time. This day I will be successful.

OMGosh !! I have put on only 11 lbs. in 4 months, but so far away from my original goal, which is still my goal. I have been caught up in a whirl of denial and excuse after excuse. The moral support in my home is brow beating, as I have told them it does not motivate me it is the only way they know how to support. I prayed for 2 days to get my umph back and a driving force. It led me back to My Fat Secret. I ate a breakfast as I have normally been doing for the unhealthy period I have been caught up in. Wanted to see the calorie count. Wow !! Half my daily intake is gone. The good thing of this is I am working on myself and having a deaf ear to the negative around me. Like a race horse I need to put on my blinders and ear plugs. As each day comes I will pray for positives, emotional and physical strength. At nearly 71 years old that is not an excuse to keep falling apart. Thank goodness I am back on the first step of my personal yellow brick road. I venture to believe I will have just as many mishaps as Dorothy and will be successful also.
