I will not be weighing in today for it is the day after Mother's Day and the children fed me well. I am back on track this morning and will weigh in tomorrow. I am counting on weighing a smidgen more than I did 2 days ago. Good luck to all. Keep focused no matter how difficult. Don't give up. If you fall the wagon, get back on asap.

My energy was so high yesterday that I could barely believe it. I was amazed by it as the day went on. I felt like the energized bunny. Today is mother's day and kids are taking me to Pegasus restaurant in Greektown. I'm not crazy for lamb, but do like their Greek salad. Hope to not go to the bakery. It will be so tempting. I'll be alright for I am too close to be out of the 230's. The first leg of this journey is to weigh 200 lbs. I'm working it.

I am doing well. From 240 to 233. Today I have had an abundance of energy. Went and cleaned house with my daughter, then weeded the front yard flower bed. Transplanted 2 bushes, then cleaned the inside of the fridge. Had dinner and ended up eating only 900 calories and I feel stuffed. I will have a large breakfast and as soon as I get up, for I do not want to go into the starvation mode. I have been logging my food. I found a website that calculates better then fatsecret. It tells you how many carbs, protein, fat, calories, sugar and sodium you need daily and how many you have used and how many you need to finish your day out.
