This was one of those days when things went all pear shaped. I didn't get much exercise, but I did maintain the diet. I do think I need more water, though. I've tried to drink, but mostly have just carried the bottle around all day.
Tomorrow I hope to get in a 6 or 7 mile walk.

I was a little upset that I weighed the same today as yesterday, but then I actually looked at all I had eaten and by the end of the day, I was 111% of my calorie limit. So THAT explains THAT.
This morning, Joe and I walked 5 miles before breakfast. The hills on the way home make me feel my age! Holy cow! But that's done for today.
Tonight is the Lady Antebellum concert. No alcohol for me. I am not sure what they're serving, so I will eat a late lunch and see if I can smuggle in some cheese or celery or something.
PLUS it's probably a mile or more from where we park to CPAC, so there and back again, afterwards, is another 2 miles of exercise! Woo hoo!

Did my 5 mile walk already this morning. Not feeling tired at all, so that's good.
I am drinking water and tea like crazy and trying to keep well hydrated.
So far the cravings haven't been an issue. I ordered pizza for the kids last weekend, but made myself a salad and burger and went upstairs. Never saw or smelled the pizza, so I never wanted any.
Next, I need to sign up for some new classes at the Y. That should help burn even more fat away!
