Happy New Year! Let the diet of cookies be over and the sugar detox to begin. Got the results of the Body Transformation Challenge. They weren't as good as I had hoped but they got me back to where I was when I fell off the wagon so I ended the year at my best. It can only get better as I still have to hit my goals. My next 6 weeks my goals are:
1. to track what I eat for at least 5 days of the week.
2. Visceral fat to be 11 (currently 14...down from 17)
3. Body Fat % to be 32 (currently 35.5...down from 39.7)
4. Body Fat Mass to say -25 pounds (currently -29.5...down from 39.9)
5. Skeletal Muscle Mass to be 70 (currently 65.5...up from 61.3)
6. to hit my 10,000 steps a day
7. Lift 3 days and cardio 2.
Nothing earth shattering or unattainable. One foot in front of the other.

2 weeks. 14 days. The Body Transformation Challenge ends Dec 19.weigh-ins start the 20th. My goal is to log everything for the next 2 weeks. Did amazing with it the first 4.

I have not been good about logging my food. I swear a month is my limit. I have, however, been good about my food and my portions. The 8 week body transformation challenge hit the 5 week mark on Monday. My scale went up (but for me I can't measure progress by my scale) and it looks like inches fell off my body. There was something about that 5 week mark that majorly changed my body. I did my measurements today and I was honestly a little disappointed because it really looks like I lost more than the tape showed. December 19th is the last day and Inbody testing begins on the 20th. Those are the results I really want to see as all of my goals for the 8 weeks were based on those tests. Taking the rest of the week off from logging and will start again Sunday and go strong until the 19th.

Goal number 1 was achieved this morning. Out of the 180's....again. I don't set weight loss goals because it's doesn't come off with the thyroid meds I am on so I just put I wanted out of the 180's as my goal. My other goals I set really high. I was basing them off where I was in July when I got off track. When I got my current In-Body results I was blown away by how much I had lost. My other goals were to have my visceral fat at 11, body fat % at 32% and total Body Fat Mass at 25. December 20 I will finally be able to see how I am progressing on these goals.

Stretched wrong on Thursday and was rewarded by a pinched nerve in my neck. Spent all day Friday alternating heat and muscle rub cream trying to get it to loosen up. Saturday went to show a house to some clients and as I was walking down the stairs I missed the last one and felt my ankle roll. Had a workout scheduled with my trainer today. I went. I was going to give it my best and if we had to adapt so be it. Pure BEASTMODE today! Powered through it and didn't have to adapt any of them. Week 4 started today so we are at almost to the halfway point.
