Non scale victory! A couple years ago I had ordered a dress. It seemed a little baggy up top but really snug over my hips. It ended up getting a rip in the seam and since it didn't fit well I donated it. I just ordered 3of the same dress, in different colors......in a smaller size! No hip issues this time. 45 in 63 days and I'm gonna make it my healthiest year ever!

Well I still have a stubborn 2 extra pounds from the Christmas Cookie Diet that just won't leave. But since I am still down 14 pounds since Oct 18th I consider this a win. Visceral fat is down another notch, body fat is down another 2.4% which is 5.5% total since Oct 18th and my skeletal muscle mass is up 3.3 pounds from Dec 18th. 67 is the highest it's ever been so new short term goals for the next 60 days are to drop visceral fat 2 notches, increases Skeletal Muscle mass to 67.1 and drop body fat 2.5%. Slowly chipping away at my long term goals but a step forward still counts as a step. Happy Valentines Day!

After dropping 16 pounds prior to Christmas I only put 5 back on with the Christmas Cookie diet. Glad I only partake in that one once a year for about 14 days! Birthday 45 is coming up in 4 short months so I am back to the grind of being my healthiest self at the midpoint of life. My goal is to be down another 16 pounds and that should be right about my goal weight but since I lift heavy I am sure if the weight will be possible so the other option is for the body fat percent to be as close to 30 as possible and viseral fat to be close to 10. Time to stick with the go to meals that fill me up but allow me to stay in calorie a deficit. Cheers to the New Year!
