Got side tracked for a cpl of days. In bed with a case of sciatica pain. No excuses, didnt keep track or try to stick to my calories. But thats behind me. All is good. Just weighed in. 7 lb. Down. Im shocked. My Dr. Told me the brandy and coke had alot of calories. Perhaps she was right.

had a great morning, painted some art. I havent done that in awhile. It was relaxing. Feeling pretty good about eating proper serving sizes. its all good in the nieghborhood.

Its a good morning. Proud of myself for keeping to my daily cal. intake yesterday. Not happy about the fat numbers but I will be careful and find more protien foods today. Im really thankful, Fatsecrect, for providing this site for us. I don't feel alone and I'm encouraged by everyone's victories. I'm Loving on me today. ::smiling::
