udh 5 hari g olga krn olg pagi tkt haus siangnya trus olga sore 5 menit olga langsung keleyengan mata gelap g bs ngapa2in😭 akibatnya berat badan 45-46 sehari 46 bsoknya turun lg bsoknya naik lg g jelas pdhl baru beres haid berarti bkn krn hormon,,normal g sih klo ky gitu??

bwt tmn2 fs aq mw tanya donk klo kebutuhan protein tuh d liat dr gram nya atw dr persennya misal hari ini cma mkn protein 16% dr kebutuhan harian dr presentase kurang tp dr gramnya udh mencapai minimal berat protein yg d butuhkan (1x1kg berat badan)..klo kaya gitu musti d naikin 20% atw udh aman az,,krn jujur klo lg g d rumah susah menuhin proteinnya😢😢

alhamdulillah..alhamdulillah😇😇 setelah 7 bulan berjuang,belajar,kdg bosen tp back on track lg😀,,pecah telor jg nyampe k 45 kg..semangat jg y bwt tmn2 fs semua💪💪
