Bad couple of months. Have been dealing with my knee injury and blood pressure issues. We had a change in our work schedule which should help actually and I am settling into a new routine.

Sugar is still my downfall on calories. And my knee injury/sprain. It flares up every time I resume working out. Going to concentrate on swimming this summer and get a rehab going on my knee with quads and hams. Time will tell.

Obviously I am addicted to sugar. Plan to replace cookies and desserts with fruit. Good news, I have stopped using half'n half in my coffee since Jan 2017~

Not my typical day. Have been without heat and water for three weeks but am trying to get back on some kind of diet and exercise program. No cooking until the water is back on. I did work out, rehab for my knee, but it's a start. I have a plan...
