I'm getting really exciting about the New Challenge...Starts in 3 days!!! Wooo Hooo!!!! I am still giving myself this weekend to rest my back...take it easy...and will be ready to go come Monday Morning! I got everything ready planned out! Workouts will be before work...So I will set that alarm for 5:30pm! Yikes!...then after work I will get dinner ready for the little ones...and jump on the treadmill for that....Which means I better get my ipod music all uploaded so I am ready! I guess I will do that Tomorrow after Baseball practice!

So I have been a crazy couple of weeks...definitely new life choices...So its all a good thing...However I hurt my back last week...so it laid me up...and boy did i pay for it...I was doing so well...grrrrrr...I love how the pounds just show up in a week...but it takes me WEEKS to get rid of 1 sometimes. Anyways I am lookin' forward like usual! I am allowing myself to rest completely this week...and starting on Monday I am kickin' it into gear! I want to have a slender toner look for the summer! I have started a challenge Bikini Body in 3 months...come and join!
