Good gawd. Not only did I fall off the wagon but it ran me over; crashed and caught fire. Clothes are tight, shoes are tight, no energy and feeling crappy. No excuses. Pure laziness and self indulgence. Time for better planning and follow through.

Well, the crazy train is back on it's rails. Thanksgiving to New Years wasn't a free-for-all but I definitely indulged in some high cal/carb treats. Only gained 2 lbs but I have to admit to feeling sluggish and bloated - my bestie swears it's the "wheat belly" effect. Logging is sometimes a pain but it really helps me focus on a food plan rather than blindly eating.
I used to run when I was younger and somehow fell out of the habit when kids came along. My resolution is to get back into walking/jogging/running at least three times a week. I'm tracking minutes out instead of distance. Just walking the dog currently but have new tennies coming this week and we'll see if I can kick it up a notch.

Why do I always lose weight first in the weirdest places? Face, arms, legs, chest. I look like an olive with toothpick arms and legs! LOL
