Just came across this stunning Keto Cookbook and thought I would share as we are all in this journey together and if you are like me you are always looking for new ideas on what to eat ... lol

I also found it interesting that towards the beginning of the book there is a small breakdown on nett carbs in spices that are used ... I have never come across that before and it was interesting to see how many carbs that adds to my overall macro's.

Went off the rails with our 27th anniversary and my sons engagement celebrations... time to get back to being serious about my weight loss and health
