Have not done a weigh in this week as it has been Bridal Showers and celebrations and I know I ate things that were not good for the waist line 🤣🤣 ... 3 weeks to the first wedding and I need to stay on track 🙈 ... Don’t know why but I am craving sweet things at the moment, have not caved, drinking lots of water and staying away from unhealthy carbs... just hope these cravings go away soon 🙃

Slowly but surely loosing the weight. Had a day off and had some bread, bad idea as I now have a massive migraine, but at least I know what to stay away from 🙈 ...

Time to lose all this weight and get serious about my health .... my son’s wedding is in 7 weeks time and I don’t want to look like a beached whale 😜
