Geez, i don't know what was up with me yesterday but i slept all day! I did n;t have anything stressful going on. I was just sleepy. I am sleepy today also! I think my apnea sleep machine is working. Guess I just need to step up the exercise. I am going to the gym now to get on the treadmill and then will go swimming in the pool later on. I will be 55 soon but i don't think that is it!

I am finally working my way down--setting the goals has helped. I need to continue to record my food. Exercising is a lot better. I just need to keep it up!

I am absolutely shocked! I went to Red Lobster with a friend yesterday, had fried shrimp and other decadent, fat laden stuff. (Yum!) I figured that I would step on the scale to shock myself into guilt. But, the scale showed I lost half a pound! I guess it was due to exercising a lot but the scale did not move. Now, I realize I was very, very lucky and I should not do it again!!!! I am eating healthy today and will continue to do so, back to my goal of losing 8lbs. in two months. My 55th birthday is coming up and it would be so great to be down a couple of lbs. so I can really celebrate.
I also am famous for collecting all kinds of light recipes and not making them for myself! Makes no sense at all. Getting bored leads to giving up. Wish me luck.
