Perjalanan diet kurleb 2 tahun . Cuma dari 53 ke 49 doang . Dari dulu jg gak ngerasa gemuk banget sih , cuma diet biar badan lebi enteng dan sehat aja . Masih mau turunin 2kg lagi ke 47 atau mungkin 2kgnya build otot . Semangat” 😆
