Im going on vacation in July and I told myself I would not do any shopping until late June...to give me time to lose 20-30 lbs and fit into a smaller size...however I was afraid that come june all the cute clothes I see will be sold out ..so I bought my summer wardrobe..in a size smaller than I am now...I WILL comfortably fit into said clothes if not be even smaller than the size I bought..which I would glady return said clothes and get a smaller size :)... I CAN AND I WILL DROP AT LEAST ONE SIZE BY SUMMER!!!!!

Happy to say I have had a very good restart to my healthy eating! I brought lunch everyday this week and actually ate it! good healthy stuff...baked chicken and turkey meatballs (not together) broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes yum! Yesterday I didn't have dinner and was ready for bed but was soooo hungry..it took everything in me not to go grab something to eat..but I fought the temptation and just went to sleep...this morning I broke my fast with two egg "cups" and a banana..:)

Good morning all! Hope every one is doing well. I have discovered that I REALLY love roasted sweet potatoes! I never liked sweet potatoes growing up but lately ive been loving them! Had some last night with some baked chicken..wow was that good together! My restart from my two week break is going really well..didn't hit the gym yesterday because I had to come home and make my salt scrub to ship out..Im selling Organic Coconut Oil Salt Scrub with Essential Oils if anyone is interested!! They are very relaxing and make your skin so soft!

fell of for two weeks and gained 2 oz..I can live with that :). back at it today! I food prepped for the week and im ready to go! Have a great week everyone! :)
