Wow!! I have been gone from here for far too long! I was kicked off track the second week of June because I was bitten by a brown recluse! the worst pain I have ever felt in my life! 3 weeks after being bit,the bite became a gaping hole in my leg....and today it is FINALLY almost closed! I have not stepped on the scale since all of this happened because I was dreading what it would read! went to the dr yesterday for a checkup and got on the scale...1 lb gained in 7 weeks! and I have NOT been sticking to my meal prepping and healthy eating. talk about motivation to get back on the wagon! going shopping this weekend and im ready to finish this transformation!
