My WHY
You know, they always ask for your why? Why do you want to loose weight. You can give a hundred reasons. There’s really just one profound reason buried underneath.
My WHY
Digging deep into my hearts desires. It would be for love. I want to lose over one hundred pounds discovering self love.
I never loved myself. I never had the self confidence even in my thinner days.
I want to on this journey rediscover myself and at the end of my goals be love and be loved.
You know I never picked the right men in my life. It all comes down to self worth and love.

I’m back at it!
I’m starting to remember little secrets that work with controlling hunger and loosing weight.
It sounds silly but Popcorn! Four cups of air popped popcorn with kernels popcorn seasoning and I can’t believe it’s not butter zero calorie spray! It’s delicious, filling and I look forward to it for my evening snack.
It keeps me satisfied hunger wise. Psychologically it’s a reward that I indulge in after eating within my calorie budget all day.
I’ve restarted my weight loss journey. I’ve lost five pounds this week. It’s a good start.
