To stay on track i made myself a weigh in wall chart , where u weigh in every Thursday to check your progress , I also measure my thighs, hips, my waist ans stomach to see if i am loosing inches. there might be a day that i am steady with my weight and i could be loosing inches and building muscle you never know. starting from next week , I really want to do a detox. going to see how it goes =)

it took me quite a while to loose just 4 kg but i am getting there =) cant wait to see the end result. I would realy like to loose another 4 within the next 1 to 2 months
