okay guys.. so from tomorrow i will be doing the martha vineyard detox diet. so excited but the fact that i wont be able to eat solid food kinda sucks. they way i will be doing it is quite different to others. i will be doing it only for one day, the next day i will be back on my normal diet and again the next day i will be doing the detox again, the reason i am doing this is because i first want to get used to the fact that i wont be eating solid food for 21 days and i want to see who knowes, maybe i still loose weight by doing it likes this and also after doing the detox for 21 days without eating any solid food you can loose alot of weight but if you finished the detox there is a possibility that you can gain that weight again.. and we dont want that now do we???

oky so im still 61kg , i dont expect to loose another 1 kg until maybe sunday or monday, will see how I do as Today i had Mc Donalds. bleh not good. but that wont stop me from getting to my goal weight and i am almost there, cant wait. will start changing my fitness routine from the 1st of april to tighten my abs
