Just finished Bulk Chest. BRUTAL today. Got a little heavier on 2 exercises, but actually decreased on a couple for form. REALLY concentrated on the slow negative like Sagi does in the video, and feeling the squeeze in my chest at the top of the moves. HUGE pump and burn from it today. Form is about pace as well as proper positioning in this workout, and I realize that more and more every day.

Hammered Bulk Shoulders today. HUGE sweat going. Only had to pause the dvd once which was to bring out the EZ bar for Upright Rows. Upped the weights a little on a couple of moves, and really concentrated hard to keep the body still while lifting the dumbbells. Shoulder work it's very easy to swing a little bit to get the bar/dumbbells moving up and down, but that swing is momentum, not muscle contraction. Sagi says it to several of the guys in the various videos: Nothing moving but your arms. Nailed that pretty well today and got fried by it.

Bulk Legs today. I've been putting this one off for a few days because of the fear that I'd re-tweak my back. Went lighter on most exercises working on trying to perfect my form, and it was a great workout. I used dumbbells for all the moves, as the EZ bar in this one tends to make me lean forward.
Even though I reduced the weights as much as 25# on some moves (sumo squats were with 35s this week vs 60 last week), I got a great sweat and noodle legs by the end.

Rolled into Bulk Arms today. BLASTED!!!!!! Concentration Hammer Curls I actually went lighter than last time but nailed the form. Had to spot myself with my free hand, giving a little assist on the last few reps of the 8, then the final 15.
I love the skull crushers with the EZ bar. Love it! The close palms up grip really hammers my triceps.

I swapped Legs for Back today because believe it or not, the back work for me hit the lower back less than the legs work does. Pull overs were up to 65# today, which rocked. Only one move made my back a little tight, and that was the dead lifts. Still getting better every day!
