Bulk Chest - Destroyed!! Paused the DVD once to write down my weights, other than that stayed just about right on pace the whole way. Those freakin Close Grip Press/Flys KILL ME! My hands are on fire at the end, but I went S-L-O-W on them, squeezed the heck out of my pecs at the top of both, and it rocked me.

I just did something I probably should have been doing since week 1 in this: Asylum Relief. 23 minutes of stretching. I rode the Lifecycle to warm up, then did Relief and the name says it all. Muscle definitely tightening up doing the Beast!

Bulk Shoulders was a true Beast today. The Arnold Press at the beginning hit hard and it never let up. I failed on the last rep of 12 and 8 reps and BARELY made the drop set 8 reps. Never caught up after that so I was cooked by the end, but that's a good thing.

Just finished Bulk Arms and I'm TOAST! Having a lot of trouble typing right now. I love that workout, but man do the tricep extensions at the end HURT.
Sagi always says, "I'm gonna need a new T-shirt," well, I think I'm gonna need new shirts soon. I haven't tracked my measurements since day 1 really, but the post workout pump today is off the hook. I went to take a progress pic of a bicep flex and noticed in the hand holding my phone that my shirt sleeve was actually tight around my bicep. That ROCKS!!

Swapped yesterday to Bulk Back so I could use my pull up bar, since the hotel I'm in doesn't have one. Only had to pause the dvd once to get my EZ bar out and set it up, so next week I'll remember to do that ahead of time. Sweating profusely by the end, it was awesome!
Today was the nasty: Bulk Legs. I didn't bring my worksheets with me so I was taking a wag at the weights but am pretty sure I was close to what I did last week. Back was just a touch sensitive at the end of it. I need to be very careful about form on that workout. Today was the first day I completed all 50 calf raises without pausing for a few seconds after 40, and it HURT A LOT!
