Im back to my food diary. Weight been creeping up, but still in my range. I always do better when I enter my food. Cause it really reminds me of the portions that are the killer. Plus its the holidays and I have challenges ahead.

Been on Atkins for 2 days now, have seen a drop in weight but could be water. Did my 3 mile run in the 90 deg heat yesterday, boot camp day before that and will be there again today. We are having a biggest looser contest at boot and I want to get below the 200lb mark.

Ran 3.5 miles today. Been trying to get below 206 since January. This is hard! But my arms look great! 19 months in boot camp has done wonders!
