today... motivated myself to run a mile. so i jogged/walked/sprinted a little bit under a mile today, and that i think is good enough cardio for me for the day:
length:0.8 miles time:13 minutes jog/run/walk
did 15 minute yoga/30 minute music playing... but still need less relaxing, so i'm not going to relax all day, if i'm sitting or resting i will be doing small exercises too.

okay... new system. cardio in the morning b4 its too hot. jogging is a must, but have to motivate to wake up early and to exercise, but must find workout shorts first.... then eat little portions and lots of fruit and then do strengths as according to the 6-week fit plan by seventeen magazine. REMINDER: need to lose 3500 in a week.... maybe i'll just give up eating for a day and just work out a lot, and eat negative calorie foods:
Asparagus/Beet Root/Broccoli/Cabbage/Carrot/Cauliflower/Celery/Chicory/Hot Chili/Cucumber/Garden cress/ Garlic/Green Beans/Lettuce/Onion/Radish/Spinach/Turnip/Zucchini
Apple/Blueberries/Cantaloupe/Cranberry/Grapefruit/Honeydew/Lemon/Lime/Mango/Orange/Papaya/Peach/ Pineapple/Raspberry/Strawberry/Tomato/Tangerine/Turnip/Watermelon
but is there a way to write that its negative on here??? hm...

nothing has happened....sadly. MORE EXERCISE and more motivation. i just don't have the energy to... uughghghgh. well, i plan to work out in Vancouver... everyday at the gym for an hour. :D

today... at my laptop watching movies. must remind myself to exercise, especially when i don't want to. need to keep myself motivated, and warn myself field hockey is coming, and i must be fit and in shape. I also need to cut down on some pounds since i have short legs and a long torso, my legs look short and stubby, and i want to look fit and thin for the first day of high school.
