okay... new system. cardio in the morning b4 its too hot. jogging is a must, but have to motivate to wake up early and to exercise, but must find workout shorts first.... then eat little portions and lots of fruit and then do strengths as according to the 6-week fit plan by seventeen magazine. REMINDER: need to lose 3500 in a week.... maybe i'll just give up eating for a day and just work out a lot, and eat negative calorie foods:
Asparagus/Beet Root/Broccoli/Cabbage/Carrot/Cauliflower/Celery/Chicory/Hot Chili/Cucumber/Garden cress/ Garlic/Green Beans/Lettuce/Onion/Radish/Spinach/Turnip/Zucchini
Apple/Blueberries/Cantaloupe/Cranberry/Grapefruit/Honeydew/Lemon/Lime/Mango/Orange/Papaya/Peach/ Pineapple/Raspberry/Strawberry/Tomato/Tangerine/Turnip/Watermelon


but is there a way to write that its negative on here??? hm...
