Stayed the same. No bad considering we were traveling and spent time spoiling our now 21 year old. Hadn't seen her in 4 months and had a great time helping her celebrate her 21st Bday! No loss, but no gain so I'm relatively happy! Back to my 50 mile bike ride week, starting today.

Anyone else find a love for spaghetti squash? OMGosh I love the veggie.
Made homemade sauce and meatballs. So wanted the pasta but now
Knowing what I know I crave spaghetti squash! So yummy. So satisfied. Full.
Didn't raise my glycemic levels. Ahhhh, loving getting healthier!!

Ok, gotta share. Since eliminating all processed foods from our diet, I don't crave sweets at all! We started on this journey on June 30th. Love riding my bike but this week in Houston TX it has rained almost every day and don't want to be caught out in a thunderstorm. Man, they're bad here.
Thank you everyone for your support. I know I've shared this before, but I am a HUGE Nutri-bullet fan. This product is my life support. No, I do not work for them, but LOVE the product. Drink your salads and fruits! Make the digestion easier for your body and absorption of all the nutrients is so much better for you as well. Keeps you full so you don't binge! OMGosh. So, so much happier to be on the losing side.... Only 4lbs and I'll not be obese anymore!! Makes me so happy!
Best of luck to all of you foodies! Keep on getting healthier and DITCH ALL PROCESSED FOODS! You'll be glad you did! I know for sure I am!
OMGOSH, after I posted this just realized I have entered the Orange Zone! Now doing a happy dance for sure!

Oh, MY! Starting to think this is why people back in the day were slim! No freaking processed foods. All raw, or make my own home made breads, that we've given up only for special occasions. Ok. I now get it. Eat raw as much as you can. Gotta calorie count if you are serious about losing. at 50+ who needs to lose almost 50 lbs, going to be deliberate. Striving to be "healthier!
