So, I finally hit my weight goal after a few bumpy years. Now, I'm training to start running 5k races. The gym & strength training are a big part of that since I have bad knees. I'll also be making more of an effort to log my food so I make sure to eat right. Sometimes during summer weather I don't enough which lowers my metabolism. Thank you to everyone here who's posted, I've taken real inspiration from you.
