Sometimes I like having breakfast for lunch! Also, small plates for the win so it feels like a larger meal than it is.

I've been pretty stressed lately and I'm a stress eater soooo....
I decided to work with my craving by getting fruits & plain full fat greek yogurt. A cup of fruit, a dollop of yogurt & a sprinkle of cinnamon really help to control my appetite.
