So I started dieting before I got onto FS and my starting weight was actually 220, now I'm down to 212. Oh my god I kick so much ass right now. =D

What are your thoughts on cheat meals or cheat days? I've been having cheat meals once every week but I still watch my caloric intake to make sure I don't go over 1200 and if i do then not too much. My roomate said that it defeats the purpose of a cheat meal to watch your calories while "cheating" is that true?
