I have cut out sugar for about a week now. I do feel better but I believe I am still eating too many white bread products to see any results. I have dinner plans tomorrow and lunch friday so this weekend I will work on cutting back on the bad carbs.

Recording all that I eat, trying to stay at 1200 calories a day. I'm doing mostly good. I ate late last night and snacked all the way up until dinner so that was no help and this morning I had a little bit of sprite with breakfast which was just a bad choice. I'm trying to exercise twice a week even if it is just for a short period.
