I am so happy to have lost a pound! I was out of town on business last Thursday and Friday and I ate so much but luckily maintained. I got my exercise in on Saturday but I was so tired Sunday that I skipped. I plan on exercising tonight and eating well today. I spoke at length with my fiance this weekend and decided I need to get tested for an attention disorder. I am scared but know that I have to do this for myself. I am distracted so easily and I have learned to deal with it in the past but now it is really lowering my quality of life. I took some online quizzes which told me I should be seen by a doctor and taking the quizzes made me so sad because I thought so many of the things were what all people dealt with and apparently they are not. I am hoping I can get an appointment set up shortly, fingers crossed that all goes well.

Good morning! Another small gain today; I shouldn't weigh daily, but I am considering today my new start date since I have been doing terrible for quite some time. I am also committing to checking in more often and journaling my progress, these things help to hold me accountable. I have noticed my shoes haven't been fitting the last few days, I am sure this is thanks to bloating from my unhealthy eating. I'm not going to beat myself up though, I will stay within my goals today and get my exercise in tonight. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

I have been incredibly dissatisfied with my body for a long time. I have spent a long time focused on losing weight an I have been fairly successful at that over the years. Today I find myself more embarrassed by the cellulite on my thighs an I am fearful about what they will look like at 39 if this is what they look like at 29. I am tired of excuses and decided I need to start working out, so this past Friday I pushed play on Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I've been doing good getting my workouts in each day but I am terrible with food.
I have been eating whatever I want when I want. Tomorrow is a new day and I packed a healthy lunch with vegetables. It never fails, I eat vegetables I stay full and lose weight. I stop eating vegetables and I eat junk and gain weight. I don't have a huge weight loss goal but am more focused on getting fit and healthy.
I'm hoping to find some support on here because it has helped so much in the past.

I have been working out for a few days now and I feel like I finally want to take working out seriously and make this a lifestyle change. I have been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and it has shown me how little time is actually needed to exercise and burn a few calories. I am hoping to find some support here on fat secret because that is what has helped in the past.
