Day 6 of the workout, but today is Day 1 of the diet plan. Going to have to do very low carb in order to drop my body fat %.

Put on jeans fresh out the dryer and didn't asphyxiate myself. Skin looks better from all the water too.

Wondering if Walmart's Equate shakes are going to mess me up. I want to use them for meal replacement or a snack. 24g of Carbs, but I'm under my RDI on day one so far so we'll see at morning weigh-in.
