Haven't weighed myself in a while. I definitely gained some weight. Been eating over my daily calories by a bit almost every day. But I'm weightlifting hard and sticking to my daily protein goal. So I guess I'm on a mini bulk now for the rest of winter. I'll go on a mini cut in spring if needed. I just need a bit of a break from being so strict. If I want to eat something extra that puts my daily calories over my limit - I'll do it.

Something I've been struggling with for YEARS ... Drinking more water. I can go days without drinking. I just don't get thirsty. It takes a lot of days, work and forcing myself to make it a habit. But I very quickly and easily fall out of the habit again. Then the cycle repeats. It just makes me feel uncomfortably full. I always have to force myself to drink at least one glass which is obviously still not enough. 😫😫
