And so begins my post-weekend body detox mission. The bloaty gross feeling persists, and is serving well as my reminder of why junk food is bad! Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling up to a run today, so I went to the gym instead. I really do miss the slim feeling I had before the weekend (around Thursday), and I've been reminding myself of that gross feeling today when I think I want more junk. Also, I just ordered a pair of jeans in a size that will look much better when I'm down towards my goal (or at least where I had been) so hopefully those come soon to help me out!
I leave for Cape Cod on July 3, which leaves me about 17 more days to get in bikini-ready shape! I definitely think I can do it.
Still on an eternal quest for low-cal, low-carb protein... it is proving difficult!

Dear lord. A whole weekend of gorging has almost completely undone all my hard work. Starting tomorrow, I NEED to get back on track! For some reason, waking up feeling like poo after eating junk food fails to deter me from eating it again the next day...
So this week is junk food DETOX week! BLA...

Hmm... I don't really feel any different... and I am not seeing a visible difference in my appearance any more :(
